First Saturday of every month, watch the season’s change, while running in free 2-mile measured and timed running and walking event. The course is a looped out and back along the shores of Lake Washington in beautiful Magnuson Park, Seattle. Waves, birds and eagles, views of Mount Rainier on clear days, make this a fun and inspiring way to get your exercise in early. Starts 8am just north of the boat ramp, across the wood foot bridge. Free and you can register at the start line. See you there!
Sri Chinmoy Centre 2-mile Run

You’ve probably run or biked by the Sri Chinmoy Centre located at 2730 Westlake Ave N. Come join us there for a 2-mile run across the Fremont Bridge and past the Sri Chinmoy Statue on the Burke-Gilman trail. Free run just show up at 8:00 am and register there to join the fun!
Sri Chinmoy 3, 7, and 13 Hour Solo and Team Races

Magnuson Park
Three timed loop running races to experience planning, pacing and endurance while having your liquids, food and gear are nearby, simplifying your day. Team runners cheer each other on and work to achieve a timed goal. All the races are in an enthusiastic, cheerful and meditative atmosphere. The 1.54 mile loop course offers views of Lake Washington and the back woods of Seattle’s most scenic park. We offer chip lap counting, and a well-stocked aid station. About the Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team:
The Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team was founded by Sri Chinmoy in 1977. A champion athlete in the Indian spiritual community where he had lived for 20 years before coming to America, Sri Chinmoy felt that sport was a natural aid to well being.
